Baby Feeds ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App") and website ("Service").
Information We Collect
Account Information: We collect your email address via Supabase Authentication when you create an account to securely manage your data.
Baby Profile Data: We collect your baby's name and birth date that you provide during setup to personalize the tracking experience.
Health & Activity Data: We collect and store feeding records including timestamps, feeding types (bottle, breast), volumes, and durations.
Device & Usage Information: We collect anonymous usage statistics and device identifiers to improve app stability and user experience.
Feedback & Support Data: When you submit feedback or contact us for support, we collect your email address, feedback message, device information (platform, operating system version, device model), app version, and recent navigation history within the app. This context helps us understand and resolve issues more effectively.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and synchronize the Baby Feeds service across your devices
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account
- Analyze app performance and usage patterns to improve features
- Send important service-related notifications (e.g., feeding reminders)
- Respond to your feedback, suggestions, and support requests to improve the Service
Data Storage and Security
We use Supabase as our backend provider to store and secure your data. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement strict security measures to ensure that only you (and those you explicitly share access with) can access your feeding data. We never sell your personal information.
Feedback and Support
When you submit feedback or report issues through the app, we collect:
- Your email address (linked to your account)
- The feedback message you provide
- Device information: platform (iOS/Android), operating system version, device model, and app version
- Navigation context: your recent screen history within the app (last 10 screens visited with timestamps)
This contextual information helps us diagnose technical issues and understand your experience. We use this data solely to improve the Service and respond to your feedback. Feedback data is stored securely in our database with the same protections as your other account information.
You can request deletion of your feedback submissions at any time by contacting us at support@babyfeeds.io.
Analytics and Tracking
We use third-party analytics services to help us understand how our Service is used:
- Google Analytics for Firebase: We use Firebase in our mobile application to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., screens visited, buttons clicked) and crash reports. This helps us identify bugs and improve app performance.
- Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity: We may use these services on our website to understand visitor interactions. Clarity captures how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays.
These analytics services do not access your specific feeding records or baby profile data. You can opt out of website analytics by using browser settings or privacy extensions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only with trusted service providers who assist in operating our application, or when required by law to protect our rights and users.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and review your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your feeding records
- Withdraw consent for data processing
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will permanently remove all your personal data, feeding records, and feedback submissions within 30 days. Data cached on your device is cleared when you sign out of the application. Feedback submissions may be retained in anonymized form for product improvement purposes after account deletion.
Children's Privacy
Baby Feeds is intended for use by parents and caregivers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app collects information about babies, which is controlled by the parent or caregiver who owns the account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Baby Feeds after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We store your feeding history, baby profiles, and caregiver invitations securely in Supabase. Row-level security ensures only members of your account can see shared data. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
By using Baby Feeds you agree to respect each caregiver’s privacy, share access only with trusted family members, and keep your account credentials secure. Removing a caregiver revokes their access immediately.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Alternatively, you can email support@babyfeeds.io for assistance with data export or deletion.
The mobile app caches data locally for offline use. When you sign out, cached information is cleared from your device. For additional questions, contact support@babyfeeds.io.
