Baby Feeds is a data tracking utility designed to help parents monitor feeding schedules. The content and data provided by the App are for informational purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your baby's health or feeding habits.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and back up your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. User-Generated Content and Feedback
When you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other communications to us through the App or email ("Feedback"), you agree that:

6. Service Availability

7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Feeds and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
